The accommodation was new located near fountain and the Miami area and public transport, that's what I was expecting. Location was good and magnificent, next to the river.

In our opinion - good price for this new apartment. Fairly clean property with location next to the river. There were climate control, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven to use. The bathroom with a bath was a bonus.

cottages el portal is my go-to place in miami. the peaceful surroundings, well-kept facilities, and comfortable cottage exceeded my expectations. the full kitchen and easy communication with mike made my stay enjoyable. i'll definitely be back!

I've been staying at the Cottages for a few years now. They're super convenient, especially compared to hotels. The location is perfect, with public shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The private courtyard and well-equipped cottage made it feel like a home away from home. The property is well-maintained and the parking space was a huge bonus. The mailbox key was a thoughtful touch. a great place to stay.
